that you really wanted, bought, used once or twice and now it gathers dust? I have several, a bread maker, a George Foreman grill, a yogurt maker, an electric juicer.
A george foreman grill, a sandwich press, a blender, a kitchenaid mixer (bought the professional one and used it once). Had a bunch more things like that but got tired off moving them and tossed them out.

A larger project such as a complete room addition, or remodeling a kitchen or bathroom will be a bigger drain on time and budget. Whether you are remodeling to make your home more useful, more attractive, or more suited to your growing family, you will find that remodeling your home will be a worthwhile investment.
You may choose to remodel for a specific purpose, or because your home is starting to show its age, and needs updating, or maybe a little of each. This is what frequently happens to most homeowners. i'm renovating our bathroom and there is greenboard under the tiles. should i continue to use it or use something else? what's wrong with greenboard anyway?
it's a tiny downstairs bathroom with a normals size three piece shower..nothing crazy. is greedboard ok here?
no don't get rid of greenboard…it is waterproof "drywall". That is why it is under the tiles, in case of a leak…leave it!!

After you have everything ready and you realize it looks nothing like the Roman bath you wanted, you can frantically call a professional remodeling company to put things in order.
I vote for the remodeling company since your bathroom remodeling didn’t give you a Roman style luxurious bathing chamber. You should let the professionals know how you want your bathroom to look like. Ask for the cost of the entire remodeling and if you’re satisfied then leave them to it. Now go and grab a coffee and think what other rooms you can remodel.
